  • icon DIRECT COACH FROM DUBLIN CITY CENTRE - FESTIVAL ONLY

    MARATHON TRAVEL OFFICIAL PUNCHESTOWN COACH SERVICE


    This dedicated Punchestown service is direct from Dublin City Centre and travel time in normal traffic is 1 hour.

    The bus will depart from Georges Quay, Dublin 02 at 12 noon and 13.00pm each day of the festival. 

    Buses return each evening from the drop off location and departures commence 30 minutes after the final race each day.

    The Bus fares start at €30 return when booked online & €40 return each day on a walk-up basis.

  • icon NAAS SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE - FESTIVAL ONLY

    FROM 12.30pm @ POPLAR SQUARE/HAYDENS/MARKET SQUARE


    Andy’s Cabs run a shuttle service from outside Haydens/Lawlors on Poplar Square each day.

    Shuttles start from 12.30pm and run depending on demand.

    The return service is from 7 pm onwards. This is a walk-up service. No pre-book required.

    €5pp each way/ hop on/hop off.

    DUBLIN AIRPORT / RED COW LUAS STOP/NAAS


    The Dublin Coach travels from Dublin airport via the Red Cow directly into Naas. Connects with shuttle service from Naas.

    Irish Rail operate a service from Dublin’s Heuston Station to Sallins Station (just outside Naas). 

    Please see time table below (subject to updates so please check in advance of your journey)

    There is a feeder bus service from the entrance of the train station into Naas where the festival shuttle service and taxi rank is available. The train station feeder bus starts at 8.10am and runs every two hours (10.10 – 12.10 etc) until after 11.30pm (subject to change).

    Alternatively pre-booked taxi will be required to complete the journey from the train station.

    Taxis can drop and collect fares directly at the main entrance and/or drop off point.

    Taxis from Dublin city center or international airport could cost from €80 – €120.

    There are two taxi ranks in Naas town – Poplar Square (Haydens Pub) and Market Square (Opposite Post Office)
