2023 Huntsman’s Challenge @ Punchestown

The 2023 Huntman’s Challenge is due to take place on Saturday 25 November 2023 – day 1 of the Punchestown Winter Festival.

14 Hunts will take to the stage to exhibit their sport on the famous Punchestown Banks Course before the GR1 action kicks off.

Each Hunt will be required to sell a minimum of x30 Admission Tickets to the event and all proceeds will be in aid of the NHSPFS Fund for Hunt insurance.

There will also be the opportunity for two hunts to parade their hounds during racing on the day. These packs are to be decided at a later stage.

The Punchestown Sports Bar, situated on the first floor of the main Grandstand is to be reserved for all participating Hunts and their followers with Live Music after racing for all to enjoy.

Quick Guide To The New-Look Winter Festival:

The new look Winter Festival will take place on  Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th November 2023.

The first race is at 11.40 each day. Last race between 3.30 and 3.45. Eight race card each day.  Gates 10am.

Advance ticket deals available online from just €15. Students, seniors and family concessions available on the day.

Hospitality packages from €95pp in trackside restaurant. Private suites with tailored group catering available for 15 people or more.

Music after racing on Saturday. Shuttle bus service to Naas after racing each day. Family friendly event with children’s entertainment.
