Punchestown News: Punchestown Digital Influencer Competition

Punchestown Digital Influencer Competition

With regret Punchestown Racecourse has had to cancel their Digital Influencer competition.

What was intended to be a simple competition offering a great opportunity to launch an up and coming fashion influencer to the national audience at the festival, has since taken a very disappointing turn.

This was not an easy decision for Punchestown to make but one we feel is the fairest result all round having considered all the information in relation to this competition.

The tone and direction that this competition took over the last few days is simply not one we feel anyone would benefit from, competitor or otherwise.

There are no winners here which is extremely unfortunate but this is where we are at.

We appreciate there was a great deal of effort put in by the entrants especially the final four and for that reason we will be honouring the ticket element of the competition in good faith. The judging and press element of the prize has been cancelled.

No-one is more disappointed by this outcome than Punchestown.
