Punchestown attendance is up and local Bride-to-be scoops The Bollinger Best Dressed Lady title on Day 2!

Day two at the Punchestown Festival is a cracker, with Carlingford Lough winning the Bibby Financial Services Ireland Punchestown Gold Cup at the Kildare venue. Here are the top news stories of the day!

He beat both of Willie Mullins’ contenders Djakadam & Don Poli who had to settle for 2nd and 3rd places today.

Bollinger Best Dressed Lady Winner:
Bride-to-be Audrey Kelly from Naas was the unanimous choice by judges Lottie Ryan, Deanna O’Connor & Rachel Carberry on day two of The Bollinger Best Dressed Lady Competition. An appropriate “Parisian Chic” look wearing a very elegant modern take on the trousers suit in blush pink, purchased in local boutique Aria teamed with a pink floral and pearl hat from Jingles in Naas, a cream jacket from Zara, Office heels and a floral Ted Baker clutch.

Racing continues at the Festival again tomorrow (Thursday) – first race 3:40pm
